Classes for Everyone

Infant Classes
We offer infant classes to toddlers at the young age of two. Classes are short in duration and filled with fun. This introduction to irish dance will teach your young ones the basic techniques of Irish dance, as well as help them to progress onto the next stage.

Beginner Classes
In beginner classes, children 3+ will continue the basic movements and techniques learnt in infants. They will also learn new soft shoe dances including light jig, reel and single jig. As dancers at this level begin to advance. they can enter feis' and compete with other dancers.

Elementary/Primary Classes
In Primary classes, footwork and rhythms becomes slightly more complicated. The students will learn jigs, reels and traditional set dances. They will accommodate the use of both soft shoe and hard shoe. Dancers can continue to enter competitions.

Intermediate/Open classes
In intermediate/open classes, students will learn complicated, fast footed choreography at a high standard. The children will compete (if desired) at world - class levels. Dancers at this level may participate in graded exams. More fitness and practise is required at this level.
